Head of Finance & Controlling

What you may manage

• Overall responsibility for finance and accounting as well as leadership and development of the team
• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR; cooperation with auditing and external partners
• Budgeting, forecast, liquidity planning, cash management and working capital management
• Analysis of revenue, margins, costs, inventory and profitability; derivation of concrete measures
• Further development of management reporting and financial key figures
• Advising the CEO and management on investment, financing and economic efficiency decisions
• Further development of cost center and profit center accounting as well as establishment of further profit centers
• Ensuring financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT and dunning management
• Coordination of banks, auditing, insurance, pension funds and other financial partners
• Driving the digitalization and automation of financial processes
• Active support of the team in daily business

What you bring with you

• Commercial or business administration training with further training in finance and accounting or controlling
• Practice in finance and accounting as well as reliable knowledge of financial statements according to OR
• Analytical, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to derive concrete measures from numbers
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, liquidity management and controlling
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in the development of employees and processes
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working – even in demanding situations
• Very good Excel and MS Office skills as well as ERP experience
• Clear, convincing communication and confident representation of your own position towards the CEO and management
• Very good German in spoken and written form; French is a plus
