Building Maintenance Collaborator Your responsibilities: Maintain and clean the building interiors Maintain and clean the exteriors (parking, greenery area, trolley park) Perform various technical and manual tasks (repairs, painting, electricity, etc.) Ensure a good general condition of the offices/common areas and report all defects Manage the pantry supplies used by the collaborators and the work clothes Be attentive, correct or report any problem likely to create nuisances to the comfort of the customers Manage waste sorting according to legal prescriptions Your profile: You hold a CFC in the building field or a title deemed equivalent You are comfortable with manual/technical tasks and possess experience in the cleaning of large surfaces Conscientious of well-done work and endowed with good physical condition, you are comfortable with working at heights You are flexible and available You communicate easily with others and master French We offer you: A varied activity with a stable situation, advantageous conditions and a pleasant working atmosphere The possibility to develop your skills in a dynamic environment jpid9c756ffjm jpit0729jm jpiy26jm
