Then you are exactly the right person for us! Due to a retirement, we are looking for a Real Estate Department Manager.

What you can accomplish

• You assume overall responsibility for the real estate and technical management of the Fondation BSZ buildings - a varied portfolio including residential and commercial buildings across 8 sites in the canton of Schwyz.
• You are responsible for a well-established team of 16 people, including one direct subordinate as well as five clients - on a professional, personal, organizational, and financial level.
• You ensure the sustainable preservation of the value of our real estate portfolio and are responsible for maintenance, renovation, and construction projects - from strategic planning to successful implementation.
• You design our infrastructure in a future-oriented manner and guarantee economical, safe, and sustainable operation of our buildings and technical installations.
• You are responsible for contract and supplier management, including tenders and awards, and ensure compliance with legal, technical, and safety requirements.
• You advise management on strategic issues related to real estate and infrastructure and actively develop our real estate management.

What you bring

• Higher education or continuing education (HF/FH) in the field of facility management, building technology, real estate management, construction, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in management and in the technical field of building or real estate management.
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of maintenance, construction projects, as well as budget planning and investments.
• Experience in contract and supplier management as well as in compliance with legal and safety requirements.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, efficient organization of work, as well as a structured and solution-oriented working method.
• High social competence, communication ease, and sensitivity to the environment of a social institution in interdisciplinary work.
• Mastery of digital tools, driver's license, and very good knowledge of German.
