As a DevOps Engineer with a focus on operations, you are responsible for the engineering, stabilization, and secure further development of our services and platforms. You ensure standardized, reproducible, and secure operations across different environments. • You work closely with Product Owners and development teams and translate project goals into stable, secure services • You implement and operate open-source applications with high security requirements and ensure quality as well as compliance • You continuously develop the solutions, automate recurring tasks, and increase stability, performance, and availability • You use modern technologies for a secure and stable Private Cloud and integrate the platform into the customers' peripheral systems • You standardize operational processes across multiple environments, optimize monitoring and incident handling, and continuously improve processes Your Skills • Technical degree (EFZ) with further training (FH/HF) in computer science desirable, along with several years of experience in the operation of platforms and services • Very good knowledge in Linux, container orchestration, and automation, e.g., with Ansible and Kubernetes • Practice in the implementation and operation of open-source applications on container platforms as well as a good understanding of networks, web servers, and relational databases • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery as well as with directory services and Single Sign-on in security-critical environments • Communicative and team-oriented, enjoy exchange with customers and the joint achievement of goals • Committed, solution-oriented, and reliable, you work independently and remain calm in critical situations • Curious and proactive, you enjoy working in agile teams and share your knowledge in collaboration • Very good German and English in spoken and written form With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in your home office.
