A SENS/SWICO administrative monitoring Coordinator

100% activity rate | Indefinite term contract

(Workplace - Le Mont-sur-Lausanne / Aigle with occasional travel throughout Switzerland)

Job description

• Management of SENS / SWICO flows, monitoring of inputs and outputs, control of orders
• Inventory management and material recovery, monitoring and control
• Reporting and analyses, preparation of monthly statements and data controls
• Data and tool management, updating of rates in Nessy (Industry ERP) and checking the consistency of production and invoicing data.
• Organization of material shipments
• Compliance and quality control, participation in internal and external audits

Profile sought

• Commercial, technical or logistics training
• Experience in the field of recycling, waste or logistics is an advantage
• Excellent mastery of IT tools, strong ease with numbers and data analysis
• Organized, good interpersonal skills, autonomous, rigorous and methodical
