Job Description
On behalf of our client, an independent, human-sized financial company specializing in wealth management, asset management, and investment funds, we are looking for a student to strengthen the Back Office & Reconciliations team at an activity rate between 40% and 60% in Genève.
This position, designed to be carried out alongside studies, will allow the recruited person to develop practical experience in the financial sector. They will benefit from progressive training in the team's various activities and will gain autonomy throughout their engagement.
The start date is desired as soon as possible, at the latest early December 2026.
Main Missions
Enter bank transactions into the Portfolio Management System (PMS).
Participate in the control and reconciliation of PMS data with that of custodian banks.
Contribute to the entry and reconciliation of the investment funds' shareholder register.
Identify, analyze, and help resolve any discrepancies found.
Support the team in its daily operational activities.
Participate in the improvement and automation of processes.
Collaborate with different departments and progressively train in all the team's activities.
Profile Sought
Ongoing studies in the field of finance, economics, management, accounting, or in an equivalent training.
Marked interest in Back Office activities and the financial sector.
A first experience or an internship in banking, finance, or administration is an asset.
Basic knowledge of financial products, notably stocks, bonds, funds, and dividends.
Precise, patient, and rigorous personality, endowed with a good logical mind.
Team spirit, curiosity, and a real desire to learn.
Willingness to invest for the long term alongside studies.
Excellent command of French and very good knowledge of English.
Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
