For one of our clients active in the field of infrastructure and networks, we are looking for a rigorous and organized Administrative Technical Assistant, capable of supporting technical teams in document management and project data processing.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, control and update client data in internal software
• Ensure the management, sorting and filing of technical photographs (cables, tubes, chambers, infrastructure, etc.)
• Format and finalize technical reports intended for clients
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of work files
• Provide administrative support
• Guarantee the quality and compliance of technical documentation

Profile

• Training as a Technical Assistant, Technical Administrative Assistant or equivalent training
• Excellent mastery of office tools :
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• PDF tools
• Microsoft Visio (mandatory)
• Experience or interest in the network fields is an asset
• Profiles from telecommunications, HVAC or multi-fluid networks are also appreciated
• Comfortable with data processing and analysis
• Methodical, autonomous, precise person with a good team spirit
