For our House of People team, we are looking for a female or male colleague to take on the role of an HR Generalist Care Management. HR Generalist Care Management (w/m/d) Your tasks You support employees with health-related concerns (illness, accident and psychosocial burdens) in close cooperation with managers, HR Business Partners and external bodies You take over the personal care and holistic support during long-term absences, including individual case management, coordination of reintegration measures as well as advice on wage, insurance and time management issues You are responsible for the administration and coordination of complex health cases and ensuring coordination with the various stakeholders You work closely with the social insurance providers (IV, KTG, UVG) and advise the line and our employees on social insurance questions You coordinate and monitor the IV reintegration measures and process the associated correspondence You have responsibility for the monthly daily sickness benefit and daily accident benefit processing within the scope of the payroll run You advise the line on questions regarding health topics as well as absence management and further develop the Care Management Your skills You have several years of experience in a similar position and excellent knowledge of the social insurance system and law (ATSG) You enjoy supporting employees, convince through high empathy and act in a solution-oriented and trustworthy manner even in demanding situations Your flair for administrative and organizational tasks, pronounced communication skills as well as structured and efficient working distinguish you You have a high digital competence and understand how to make the world easier with digital HR tools Aligning actions and decisions with your personal convictions and values The ability to adapt to continuous changes in the working environment You bring flawless German as well as English at least at level B2 - we operate internationally and therefore the languages help you in everyday life Why do you start with us?
