teacher for a very small class

What awaits you?

You lead a class of ten students jointly with a social educator or a teacher. While you are responsible for the planning and conduct of the lessons, the pedagogical direction of the class takes charge of the organization and coordination of the students.

In addition, it intervenes in case of disturbances and supports the maintenance of a good learning and working climate.

You teach the subjects German, mathematics, RZG, RKE and NT and also lead the class hour. The students work according to their individual school level with weekly plans. Teaching is highly individualized and includes many autonomous or individual learning units.

Classic frontal teaching is largely avoided.

Classic frontal teaching represents only a small part of the course.

What we expect from you

You are a committed and structured person, capable of guiding and accompanying young people in a very small class (10 students). Thanks to your training (PH or HFH), you can lead young people and are aware of your role as a role model.

You motivate and support young people on their path towards the adult world.

You look for new ways and actively involve yourself in our team.

You appreciate a flexible and versatile school with private management.

What you bring

You possess the required qualifications for the teaching profession or you have a teaching diploma recognized by the CDIP.

You have didactic skills and the ability to individually support students with a special school status.

Ideally, you already have a few years of experience as a teacher in special education.
