Construction Manager Residential | Commercial 80-100%

Your tasks:

• You process construction projects during all phases of the construction process (on-site construction management)
• You monitor the cost and schedule planning of new builds and renovations
• You prepare tenders / bid comparisons / works contracts
• You work closely with architects, planners, clients, and authorities
• You perform the construction accounting in Messerli

What you bring with you:

• Basic training / completed vocational training in the construction sector (preferably Construction Manager)
• Practical construction management experience
• Joy in coordinating, strengths in organization, reliability, good manners with third parties, negotiation skills and assertiveness, direct and open communication, honesty, loyalty, as well as teamwork skills
• You work independently, solution-oriented, exact, and proactively
• Good IT skills: MS Office, Messerli
