If necessary and in consultation with the technical management, call upon external service providers and suppliers. Vérification and validation of invoices: Checking and validating invoices taking the allocated budget into account. Close collaboration with the accounting department and specialized management in order to comply with financial directives. Maintenance of the surroundings: Co-responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of external facilities and the surroundings of the concerned domain. Regular inspections to guarantee the cleanliness and safety of external facilities. Coordination of transformation, renovation, and rehabilitation work: Planning and implementation of modernization and renovation projects. Close collaboration with construction companies, artisans, and internal services for the realization of projects on time and within budget. Quality control through inspection rounds: Regularly carrying out inspection rounds to verify the quality of maintenance work on technical facilities, buildings, and their surroundings. Documentation and evaluation of maintenance work, identification of defects and correction thereof.
