Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You possess a CFC as an IT professional or a title deemed equivalent, completed by a federal certificate or similar training
• You have at least 5 years of previous professional experience in an identical role
• An ITIL certification is an asset
• You have an excellent command of French (C1 level). Good knowledge of technical English is desired (B2 level)
• You are a dynamic and proactive person, oriented towards innovation, with a very good capacity for analysis and problem-solving
• You stand out through your customer orientation and enjoy teamwork

Do these missions inspire you?

• You manage the administration of systems and infrastructure: you ensure the implementation as well as the updates of software and servers, analyze and monitor the different IT systems, execute security and backup strategies and ensure the administration of the infrastructure base consisting notably of VMware ESXi, Windows and Linux environments. You also possess Docker / Kubernetes skills
• You provide technical assistance to users in case of problems or requests related to systems, including the diagnosis and resolution of incidents (according to SLAs), the implementation of changes as well as the training and awareness of users regarding IT best practices
• You write the technical operating procedures of the systems for the concerned scope
• You take part in technological monitoring: you stay informed of technological evolutions in the field of systems and propose improvements to optimize existing infrastructures
• You participate in the IT on-call service
