What you will do with us ##

• Reception and administrative registration of emergency patients
• Courteous and respectful communication with patients and relatives
• Administrative case opening, checking of guarantors in SAP-ISH as well as clarification of insurance coverage including obtaining deposit payments
• Fast and situation-appropriate reaction to emergencies to support the safety and well-being of patients
• Deployment in continuous 24/7 operation 365 days a year

What you bring with you ##

• Completed vocational training and good IT affinity
• Flexibility, teamwork skills and willingness to work shifts with adaptability to changing working hours in 24/7 operation (night shifts and holidays)
• Good German language skills as well as additional foreign language skills are an advantage
• Empathic, open personality with an empathetic approach to people
• Strong communication skills, experience in direct customer contact as well as confident action in hectic situations
• High resilience and ability to remain calm even under stress
