Manager Product Development Autoinjectors | 80 - 100% Ref-Nr. 8103 Work location: Burgdorf | Hybrid Your main tasks Leadership and further development of a technical expert team in the area of Product Development (7–10 employees); responsibility for technical and personnel supervision Recruitment, coaching, and targeted promotion of employees with a focus on competence building and long-term development Strengthening internal and external, customer-oriented project collaboration through clear communication and efficient processes Further development, harmonization, and standardization of activities within the organizational unit to achieve product development and life cycle management goals Definition of technical standards as well as ensuring highest technical excellence in all product development projects Responsibility for the planning and execution of technical customer, development, and organizational projects Representation of the development department in the context of customer acquisitions and technical specialist discussions with world-leading pharmaceutical customers Your profile Completed engineering degree (FH/ETH/TU) in mechanical engineering, process engineering, medical technology, or a comparable field of study Several years of experience in technical project management (>3 years), ideally with a focus on mechanics, plastics technology, or medical technology Proven leadership experience (>2 years), combined with strong communication and motivation skills Confident appearance in customer support and negotiation, especially with international pharmaceutical partners regarding mechanical and plastics technology requirements Strong analytical thinking and the ability to quickly grasp and precisely convey complex technical relationships Business fluent language skills in German (C1) and English (C1) Proven experience with development projects of autoinjectors (ISO standards 11608, 23908, and 10993) is an advantage Why Ypsomed – making the treatment of chronic diseases possible The over 2200 employees of the Ypsomed Group worldwide develop and produce injection and infusion systems for self-medication.
