Your Impact * Ensure accounting -- reliably manage accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as keep an eye on invoicing and dunning. * Create transparency -- prepare controlling, monthly reporting, and finance-relevant evaluations, thereby creating sound decision-making bases. * Ensure quality -- carefully check expenses, time tracking, and other finance-relevant processes as well as ensure deputy coverage in the area of Payroll. * Develop processes further -- identify optimization potential, develop solutions, and actively implement improvements as well as internal projects. Your Skill Set * Sound financial foundation -- you bring a commercial education and/or further training in finance and accounting. * Practical experience in accounting -- You are very familiar with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Experience in Payroll as well as knowledge of Abacus are an advantage. * Quality and service orientation -- you work precisely, reliably, and independently and enjoy being an internal contact person for financial topics. * Digitalization and process affinity -- you are open to new technologies and digital solutions, recognize potential for improvement, and enjoy actively helping to shape processes and digitalization projects. * Communication strength -- you communicate clearly, carefully, and in a target-group-oriented manner and have very good German skills in spoken and written form.
