To strengthen our team in the Non Food sector, we are looking for, immediately or as agreed, for an indefinite period, at the Lausanne site, a motivated and committed person as Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager, 100%.
Your responsibilities
You guarantee a high level of execution of Visual Merchandising standards and ensure the visual consistency of the store, both in-store and in windows.
You plan, coordinate and implement visual concepts.
You organize and effectively deploy commercial and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Store Manager and the relevant teams.
You analyze commercial performance and propose concrete corrective actions (product highlighting, stockout management, optimization of customer flows).
You direct and plan store transformations, commercial events and specific projects (animations, highlights, reimplantations).
You collaborate closely with the sales teams as well as with the Visual and Regional Manager.
You supervise, organize and grow the VM team as well as the Merchandising employees, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
You ensure regular follow-up and provide feedback on team performance to the Visual Manager.
You supervise and support apprentices in their training (polydesigner 3D).
You are a role model on the ground and embody leadership by example, oriented towards results and excellence of execution.
Your profile
You have solid experience as a Visual Merchandiser, ideally with team responsibilities. A basic training as a 3D polydesigner or a CFC decorator is an asset.
You have a strong sensitivity to trends, style and the product universe.
You are customer-oriented and know how to translate needs into relevant merchandising solutions.
You have an excellent understanding of commercial issues and know how to analyze key performance indicators.
You master product staging in a creative and commercial manner.
You are capable of leading, motivating and developing a team in an inspiring coach role.
You communicate in a clear, open and collaborative manner.
You demonstrate a strong capacity for organization, autonomy and priority management in a dynamic environment.
You speak French fluently and ideally master another national language.
