Your tasks as

Service Technician (m/f/d)

As a service technician in the Zurich region, you ensure the technical service for all CWS devices and carry out installations, repairs, and maintenance work for our customers according to internal guidelines. Additionally, you ensure the timely delivery of consumables.

Your role with us as a Service Technician (m/f/d)

• You carry out installations, repairs, and service activities for our customers for all products according to internal guidelines
• You ensure the timely delivery of consumables as well as the correct recording of the delivered quantities
• You represent service drivers during their absence and reliably take over their area of responsibility
• You ensure a professional appearance at the customer site as well as a smooth exchange of information between CWS and our customers
• You prepare your tour independently and always keep your service vehicle clean and in perfect technical condition
• You take on additional tasks such as washing hygiene boxes and thus contribute to a smooth process

• A successfully completed education, ideally in a manual trade or as a service driver, is an advantage
• You enjoy interacting with customers and are characterized by your service orientation
• An advantage is a successfully completed education, preferably in a manual trade or as a service driver
• You are physically fit and resilient – lifting and carrying is part of your daily work routine
• You have good German language skills and value professional manners
• A valid driver's license, C1 or higher, naturally belongs to your profile, as well as a driver card and a current CZV certificate of competence
