Your tasks

Responsible for the creation and professional review of the PQRs and the control charts used for this purpose
Preparation of the monthly quality metrics as well as active participation in the annual management report
Coordination of measures and activities to improve the assigned quality assurance tasks
Support in deviation management: Competent involvement in recording, investigating and evaluating deviations as well as monitoring CAPA measures
Support of the QMS team in tasks (e.g. change management, creation/management of quality documents)
Improvement of QMS workflows/processes
Conducting internal quality training
Participation in the implementation of regulatory requirements for quality guidelines
Participation in interdisciplinary projects internally and externally
Professional support of the audit team

Our requirements

Technical or scientific education in the field of chemistry/pharma
Training as a GMP auditor is an advantage
Experience in quality assurance in a GMP environment (at least 2 years)
Experience in risk management
High level of quality awareness
Team-oriented, conscientious and structured way of working
Good German and English skills, spoken and written
Confident handling of MS Office applications, as well as ERP systems, ideally SAP
