We are looking for a hands-on person, capable of ensuring the operational management of a CNC mechanical production workshop.
FIXED position. Day shifts.

Job description ###

Main responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and manage the daily activity of the workshop, ensuring monitoring of the production plan, priorities, and deadlines.
• Supervise, support, and develop the skills of a production team, promoting versatility and continuity of activities.
• Provide direct technical support on the ground: setups, adjustments, programming, fine-tuning, troubleshooting, and resolution of machining issues.
• Supervise and coordinate the mechanical manufacturing of microtechnical and precision components, particularly on CNC equipment.
• Program and optimize machining according to production needs and technical requirements.
• Monitor and improve workshop performance: quality, productivity, machining time, flow, working methods, and processes.

Profile ###

Desired profile

• CFC Polymécanicien or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in a mechanical production environment.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and CNC machining.
• Mastery of adjustments, programming, and optimization of machining.
• Experience in team management or real potential for hands-on management.
• Versatile profile, capable of moving from workshop coordination to direct intervention on machines.
• Clear communication, sense of priorities.
