Through the careful preparation of the plant, you create optimal conditions for a smooth production start. During production, you monitor and control the filling line and ensure a trouble-free process. You are responsible for the secondary packaging of the products as well as their safe handover to logistics. You resolve smaller malfunctions independently and contribute suggestions for improvement to optimize our processes. You consistently adhere to quality, hygiene and safety standards and actively support your team on the shop floor. What you bring with you Enjoyment of technology as well as the willingness to roll up your sleeves. Training in the food sector or experience as a machine operator. Technical understanding and interest in modern production plants. A reliable, careful and responsible way of working with high quality awareness. Team spirit, openness, commitment as well as a strong awareness of hygiene.
