Nursing Assistant SRK 100% ##

Your tasks ##

• Competent basic care: You undertake professional basic care and follow the individual needs of the persons to be cared for.
• Hygiene and housekeeping: You strictly adhere to the applicable hygiene guidelines and additionally perform any arising housekeeping tasks.
• Careful documentation: The nursing documentation is maintained by you without gaps and independently.
• Order and cleanliness: You ensure order and cleanliness in the entire nursing area and observe the internal operating regulations.
• Teamwork and further education: You actively participate in nursing reports, team meetings, as well as internal training and further education.

What you bring with you ##

• Qualification: You have successfully completed a finished training as a nursing assistant or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: Ideally, you already bring experience from a similar position, preferably in the field of long-term care.
• Language skills: You have very good German skills in speaking and writing to ensure smooth communication.
• Flexibility: You show the willingness to work in changing shifts (early and late shifts) as well as on weekends.
