Job Description
Under the responsibility of the chef and the second in command, you will join the kitchen brigade to perform the following tasks:
Cleaning, peeling and cutting vegetables
Making sandwiches and cold preparations
Setting up and arranging varied salad buffets
Participation in live cooking service, in front of your guests
Cleaning kitchen utensils, dishes and premises
Profile sought
In order to meet the expectations of our client, your professional background presents the following characteristics:
At least one year of experience in a kitchen assistant role
Able to express yourself fluently in French and able to read
Good notions of food hygiene
Developed team spirit
Basic culinary knowledge
