Here is what awaits you: ###

• As a professional system engineer, you are on the front line with the client when it comes to the implementation or migration of the Modern Workplace
• You support our clients in the operation and continuous development of their Modern Workplace environments
• You also contribute your extensive basic expertise in the M365 cloud field
• Implementation of Modern Workplace concepts, including the GPO strategy
• Collection, documentation, and introduction of new Modern Workplace features
• Support in case of operational problems as part of level 3 support
• Occasional on-call service

What you bring: ###

• Practical experience in the Modern Workplace field in medium to large-sized IT environments, ideally at an IT service provider
• You enjoy direct contact with clients, also on-site, and can provide clear and recipient-adapted communication regarding technical concepts and solutions
• You also have a strong service orientation, a solution-oriented approach, and an autonomous way of working
• You are interested in the entire M365 universe and wish to undergo further training in this field
• Good knowledge of the Modern Workplace environment, particularly in the area of Intune and Apps for Enterprise
• Basic knowledge of SCCM / MECM completes your profile
• You have good analytical skills to identify and resolve technical problems
• Excellent command of German and good knowledge of English are indispensable
