Your tasks ##

• Organizational and administrative hub in Talent Development & Learning.
• Holistic planning, coordination and booking of training courses, seminars and further education events (e.g. invitation and participant management, room and resource planning, preparation of seminar documents).
• Central contact person for internal and external inquiries
• Recording and administration of training courses, development initiatives as well as follow-up of mandatory training in the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors).
• Administrative participation in the implementation of onboarding processes as well as in apprentice and development programs.
• Close cooperation and coordination with internal departments (e.g. Talent Acquisition), external further education providers and speakers.

Your profile ##

• Completed commercial basic training.
• Initial professional experience in an administrative function, preferably in the area of HR, education and further training or event organization.
• Good user knowledge in Google Workspace (as well as preferably initial experience with SuccessFactors / LMS systems is an advantage).
• Independent, exact and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong organizational talent, high service orientation, flexibility and resilience.
• Good knowledge of French and English.
