Your area of responsibility You take on a central role in the operation and further development of a versatile IT infrastructure. This includes the coordination and support of external service providers and partners, as well as active support in ICT projects. Together in a team, you ensure that servers, storage systems, cloud services and networks function reliably, performantly and scalably. You plan and accompany rollouts, upgrades, migrations and decommissioning throughout the entire lifecycle. For demanding IT issues, you provide 2nd and 3rd level support as required. As one of five ICT experts, you test new technologies, tools and processes and help to align the IT landscape to be modern, secure and powerful.

Your personality You bring several years of experience in the field of IT infrastructure and are very familiar with server operating systems in the Windows and Linux environment. Virtualization, cloud technologies and network topics are part of your professional daily life and ideally you have already gained touchpoints with IT security and data protection requirements. You think analytically, act responsibly and maintain an overview even with complex technical issues. Your experience in project management helps you to drive tasks forward in a structured manner and involve various stakeholders. As a personality, you convince through initiative, team spirit, solution orientation and the desire not only to maintain technical environments but to improve them sustainably.
