Clinical Support Specialist Spine – German-speaking Switzerland Region

Job Overview:

For the Spine area, we are looking for a highly consultative and communicative personality as a Clinical Support Specialist, starting immediately or by arrangement. As a proven specialist, you will advise your contact persons such as orthopaedists, neurosurgeons, OR managers, and OR staff in hospitals and clinics during spinal procedures. In close cooperation with the Sales Consultant, you will take on a central role in the coordination, organization, and correct application of the high-quality and innovative products. In doing so, you will recognize business opportunities at an early stage and pass the corresponding information on to the Sales Consultant.

Your tasks:

Advising your customers before, during, and after procedures in the clinical area of spine-orthopaedics and neurosurgery
Logistical coordination of procedures
Organization and implementation of continuing education events (workshops, customer training) for medical and paramedical staff
Building long-term customer relationships with doctors, OR staff, and other decision-makers
Optimization of inventory management and increasing logistical efficiency

Your profile:

Training as a Technical Operations Specialist and several years of experience in the operating room
Sound and broad knowledge in surgery or orthopaedics, ideally in the area of spine
Pronounced service orientation and professional appearance
Customer-oriented personality
Strong organizational and communication skills
High flexibility and willingness to travel
Determination, self-motivation, and willingness to perform
Creativity and willingness to change
Independent, integral, dynamic, resilient, and entrepreneurially thinking personality
German at native speaker level and good English skills
Sound MS Office knowledge
