Project Manager: Expansion & Construction 100% # Real Estate Sursee Your Area of Responsibility ### • Construction Management On-Site: Organization and coordination of new openings, renovations, and refurbishments of branches throughout Switzerland. • Construction Project Management: Control of construction projects from planning to completion • Coordination & Communication: Interface to authorities, architects, planners, craftsmen, and suppliers • Cost, Schedule & Quality Control: Ensuring project goals and budget compliance • Project Accompaniment: Supervision over all phases (concept, planning, and execution) Your Profile ### • Education: You have a technical basic education and further training as a technician, construction manager, or site manager • Professional Experience: You already have several years of experience as a construction manager or project manager • Mobility: You possess a category B driver's license. • IT Skills: Secure handling of common IT tools like Office 365; experience with MS Project is an advantage • Way of Working: You work independently, structured, resilient, and service-oriented • Language Competence: Stylistically secure German; French or Italian are an advantage Look Forward to ### OTTO-S Family Family-owned, family-friendly environment.
