At our production site in Hettlingen near Winterthur, high-quality products such as eye drops, ointments, and gels are produced, filled, and packaged aseptically for international markets. Training Manager (80-100%) # As Training Manager, you will lead the transformation of our training landscape by digitalizing and optimizing training processes in a highly regulated GMP environment. You will drive the implementation of sustainable e-learning solutions that strengthen compliance, efficiency, and employee development across the organization.   To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for an assertive and collaborative personality to join us at our site near Winterthur as soon as possible or by arrangement as Training Manager (80-100%). Your role • Lead the transformation and digitalization of the training function. • Implement and continuously improve a new learning management system (LMS). • Develop and drive the training strategy on a company-wide scale. • Ensure training compliance and employee qualification in a GMP environment. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to foster continuous learning. Your profile • Degree in pharmacy, life sciences, engineering, education, or a related field. • Experience in training, learning & development, quality, or a similar function in a regulated GMP environment. • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing training processes, ideally including the implementation of an LMS. • Good understanding of GMP training requirements and learning management systems. • Confident presenter and trainer with excellent communication skills in German and English.
