The location of this position is in Stein, AG, Switzerland. Eligible applicants and their families are provided with relocation support if required. In this responsible position, you will ensure the smooth filling of liquid medicinal products into vials and syringes, thereby making a direct contribution to the manufacture of life-saving medicines. You will work in an innovative, technologically leading environment, undertaking the operation of modern plants as well as the performance of controls and documentation, with current work being in day shifts and a 2-shift model planned prospectively from 2027/2028. Preparation, testing, and filling of liquid medicinal products in compliance with the highest quality and GMP standards. Independent operation, monitoring, as well as preparation and post-processing of modern production plants and devices. Performance of in-process controls, sampling, and microbiological environmental monitoring to ensure product quality. Careful documentation of work as well as responsibility for cleaning, care, and proper storage of the equipment. What we are looking for: Experience working in aseptic production areas (e.g., in isolators) and a high awareness of quality and hygiene. Sound knowledge of GMP guidelines as well as a careful, compliant, and documentation-strong way of working. Fluent German skills in speaking and writing for secure communication and documentation in the production environment. Structured, responsible personality with a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.
