• You are the first point of contact for guests, employees, and external partners and ensure a professional first impression.
• You take on varied tasks related to reception, visitor care, and administration.
• You work independently and take on responsibility at different locations.

• Experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, administration, or a comparable service function.

• Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
• An independent, reliable, and organized way of working as well as confident handling of common MS Office applications.
