Then you have come to the right place at the Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Bern. At the Jugendanwaltschaft Emmental-Oberaargau in Burgdorf, an internship position is to be filled on various start dates. The internship lasts 6 months with an employment degree of 80-100%. Your tasks <br /> • Register incoming reports and reports • Protocol interrogations • Creation of penal orders • Drafting various orders (non-takeover and dismissals) • Preparatory work concerning the conclusion of the investigation (file organization, deadline setting according to Art. 318 StPO) • Create indictments and draft pleas • Legal clarifications • Communication with parties, police, and other authorities • Participation in assessments in the execution of measures <br /> Your profile A prerequisite for a legal internship is the successful completion of a legal Master's degree. You are interested in criminal law and criminal procedure law, possess quick comprehension, and are characterized by a structured and efficient way of working. In addition, you are resilient and flexible. Due to your communicative and open nature, it is easy for you to integrate into a team. Your mother tongue is German with stylistically confident expression. We offer you As an intern at a Jugendanwaltschaft in Bern, Thun, Burgdorf, or Biel incl. Antenne in Moutier, you will process all cases committed by young people between the ages of 10 -- 18 in close cooperation with the Jugendanwältinnen and Jugendanwälte. The offenses to be investigated include all offenses of the Strafgesetzbuch and the Nebenstrafrecht, namely road traffic and narcotics offenses, insofar as they can be committed by young people. In addition to the tasks during the investigation (interrogations, coercive measures, etc.), criminal enforcement and the (precautionary) protective measures and thus the interdisciplinary cooperation (jurists -- social workers -- institutions -- authorities -- parents) take up a large part of the daily work.
