As Deputy Head of Sales, you support the Head of Marketing & Sales and are responsible for operational sales and guest service on-site. You lead the cash desk and tourist info desk team, ensure smooth sales processes, and manage the digital sales channels. What your daily tasks include: • Functional leadership of the cash desk and tourist info desk team as well as planning of work assignments • Ensuring and optimizing the sales processes on-site • Operation and maintenance of the digital sales channels (webshop, quota and time slot control in online sales, voucher shop) • Programming of products in the access system • Creation of group offers as well as invoices for events • Control and booking of daily closings • Goods management and product selection in the shop at the Tourist Info Desk • Implementation of internal training as well as 2nd-level support for complaints • Responsibility for the processes of the partner post office Unterwasser • Deputy for the Head of Sales Why you will succeed: • Completed vocational or further education in the field of tourism, sales or commercial, ideally with further training • Several years of professional experience in sales or guest service, ideally with initial leadership experience • Strong service and sales orientation as well as organizational talent • Proficient in handling booking and cash desk systems as well as digital sales platforms • Resilient, flexible personality who maintains an overview even in hectic situations • Very good German and good English skills, other foreign languages an advantage • Readiness for work assignments on weekends and in the high season
