Head of Facilities Management 100 % Das Bildungszentrum Emme (bzemme) is a cantonal educational institution with locations in Burgdorf, Langnau i. E. and Oeschberg near Koppigen. The Abteilung Gartenbauschule Oeschberg is a full-time school for horticulture, plant production as well as floristry and offers educational courses at EFZ and EBA levels as well as preparatory courses. The canteen as well as the living and leisure facilities on the «Campus Oeschberg» offer best conditions for learning and living in the green. To complement our team, we are looking for a/an Head of Facilities Management 100 % starting 1. October 2026 or by arrangement. Tasks: Responsibility for trouble-free building operations including building cleaning. Execution and organization of maintenance and repair work as well as participation in construction and maintenance measures. Leading a small team with the creation of work plans and their monitoring and control. Coordination and collaboration in cleaning work in the school building and in various outbuildings as well as cleaning work outdoors (e.g. snow removal). Assistance in the preparation of exhibitions and events (ÖGA, open house day, etc.). Requirements: You have a completed manual vocational apprenticeship and several years of professional practice in facilities management. You have the professional certificate (Fachausweis) as Hauswart/-in. You bring manual dexterity and technical understanding.
