Construction Manager New Construction GU/TU

You manage and coordinate new construction projects in the GU/TU sector from project commencement to defect-free handover.

Tasks

• Management, realization, and coordination of new construction projects as GU/TU
• Specification and active management of the procurement process for subcontractors
• Management of construction sites in a team, considering safety, deadlines, quality, and quantity
• Central contact person on-site for subcontractors, suppliers, planners, clients, and authorities

Profile

• Dipl. Bauleiter, Techniker TS, Hochbauzeichner or equivalent training
• Several years of construction management experience in new construction projects (GU/TU)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Teamwork skills, organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and resilience
