Equipment Operator Production (3-shift)

For the operation of our production facilities, we are looking for a flexible personality as Equipment Operator Production 3 - shift

Your tasks:

• Operation, monitoring and control of production facilities
• Preparation of production baskets, in particular loading with PCBs according to specifications
• Execution of simple maintenance and care work on the facilities
• Recognition and rectification of minor malfunctions during ongoing operation
• Control of production quality and documentation of process data
• Ensuring a smooth production flow across all three shifts
• Order and cleanliness at the workplace
• Close cooperation with other shift employees and scheduling

What we expect:

• Previous experience as an equipment operator, machine operator or in industrial manufacturing
• Basic technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Resilient and willingness to work in 3-shift operation
• Ability to follow specifications exactly and implement work instructions
• Responsible and careful working, especially when handling PCBs, quality awareness
• Basic knowledge in maintenance activities (maintenance)
• Ability to work in a team, but at the same time independent working
• Good German skills desired
