Client Representative --------------------- For a leading asset manager with a large Swiss real estate portfolio, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded individual for client representation. Your tasks • Development of potential analyses, feasibility studies, market and location analyses, as well as concepts for usage variants and product definitions • Preparation, organization and implementation of design competitions • Responsibility for the technical, economic and legal fulfillment of specifications in investment projects from potential analysis to turnkey handover • Leadership and management of external general contractors, planners and individual service providers • Fiduciary representation of the ownership towards authorities, planners and contractors Your profile • University or university of applied sciences degree as an architect or an equivalent qualification • Real estate economic or business administration further training is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in the Swiss real estate market and in the management of construction projects • Organizational talent with implementation and assertiveness • Excellent German skills and good French skills We offer • Collaboration in a professional, interdisciplinary real estate team • Hybrid working and high personal responsibility • Exciting projects in a sustainably oriented environment Applications via email please with reference RJ8Q28 in the subject.
