Do you want to help shape strategically relevant projects in the Life sector and successfully implement them together with experienced colleagues?

As Strategy Execution Associate Life, you support central change projects from planning to sustainable implementation for Zurich Schweiz. You coordinate project activities, create transparency regarding progress and risks, and work closely with various specialist departments and project managers.

What awaits you

• You plan and control projects or sub-projects in the Life sector and ensure implementation within the agreed goals, deadlines, and quality requirements.
• You create project plans, structure work packages, and coordinate tasks, resources, milestones, and dependencies.
• You monitor project progress, track risks and open items, and prepare status reports as well as decision-making bases.
• You organize workshops and project committees, document decisions, and ensure the consistent follow-up of agreed measures.
• You work together with various specialist departments and project managers and support transparent, solution-oriented communication.

What distinguishes you

• Initial to several years of experience in project management, consulting, or a comparable coordinating function
• Very good analytical and organizational skills as well as a structured and reliable way of working
• Experience in creating project plans, status reports, and management presentations
• Enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams as well as strong communication and coordination skills
• High level of initiative, willingness to learn, and very good German and English skills
