Technicien GTB / Automaticien CVC (H/F) My client is looking for a BMS Technician / HVAC Automation Technician (M/F) to strengthen their team dedicated to the automation and commissioning of technical installations. The position is field-oriented, technical, and operational, with a strong dimension of analysis, programming, and commissioning. The technician will work on various projects: commercial, industrial, public, or hospital buildings, and will participate in all stages of an MCR system, from the study to the final commissioning. The role requires a rigorous, autonomous, solution-oriented profile with a solid understanding of HVACSE installations and building automation systems. Missions Key Responsibilities 1. Studies & technical preparation • Establish the point list according to plans, diagrams, and project requirements. • Perform the functional analysis of HVACSE installations and the sequences to be automated. • Participate in the choice of controllers, regulators, sensors, and control elements. • Prepare communication architectures. 2. Automation programming • Program controllers and regulators according to defined functionalities. • Integrate equipment into supervision networks. • Configure communication protocols: BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks, etc. • Test logics, alarms, sequences, and control loops. 3. Testing & commissioning • Perform on-site point testing and verify installation compliance. • Carry out necessary adjustments, calibrations, and corrections. • Commission MCR systems and support the startup of installations. • Identify anomalies, propose solutions, and adjust parameters. 4. Supervision & communication • Integrate and configure systems on BMS / BEMS / supervision platforms. • Configure graphics, alarms, histories, and dashboards. • Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and operators. Candidate Profile Technical Skills • Good understanding of HVACSE installations and their automation. • Mastery of PLC programming. • Skills in BMS / BEMS supervision. • Reading and interpretation of electrical and HVAC diagrams. • Knowledge of Schneider EBO: a real asset.
