Sales Administrator Internal Service (m/f/d) 100% (Construction Industry)

For our customer, an extremely successful and leading company from the building materials production industry, we are looking for reinforcement for the 5-member internal service team. In this versatile hub function, you are the link between customers, sales, and production.

Your tasks:

• Creation of offers and order confirmations in close cooperation with the sales management
• Support in offer and price calculation
• Ongoing control, maintenance, and updating of master data in the CRM
• Creation of analyses and evaluations
• Telephone customer contact (dialect) and professional processing of inquiries
• Interface to internal departments such as production, scheduling, and laboratory
• Occasional travel to a second location in Aargau (approx. 1x per week)

Qualifications

• Mandatory completed commercial basic training (3-year EFZ, no pure business school)
• Professional experience in sales internal service, ideally mandatory in the construction or construction-related industry
• Technical understanding and high affinity for numbers (experience as a concrete machine operator or similar is a big plus)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (dialect), other languages are not required
• Confident handling of MS Office and common CRM systems
• Team player who likes to work 100% on-site and brings a high service orientation
