Our vocational trainers are organized in their own team at Spitex Zürich and can thus concentrate fully on accompanying the apprentices. Close cooperation within the team enables valuable professional exchange and creates the best conditions for high-quality training. In doing so, you will be actively supported by our training and education managers. You will work situationally across locations, have a strong team behind you, and at the same time enjoy a lot of personal responsibility, creative freedom, and scope for action in practical vocational training. To strengthen our vocational trainer team, we are looking for a personality as Vocational Trainer for FaGe Apprentices 70-100% (a) YOUR TASKS You accompany, promote, and empower apprentices in their practical and theoretical training, thereby ensuring high-quality training. You regularly conduct training and qualification meetings and support individual learning processes. You work across locations with vocational trainers, training and education managers, team coaches, and nursing teams. You get involved at career fairs, information events at schools, future days, as well as other events. To ensure you remain professionally at the pulse of practice, you complement your activity with individual nursing assignments.
