What you achieve

• You ensure and further develop nursing quality together with professional development, nursing management, and education
• Through your evidence-based knowledge, you bring guidelines, coachings, and practical support into everyday clinical life
• As part of the Shared Leadership Team and the interprofessional Palliative Care consultation service, you actively shape the cooperation
• You advise and support patients as well as their loved ones in a person-centered manner, especially in complex situations
• You support the care teams as well as internal and external network partners with your professional expertise and participate in quality assurance, evaluation, and audits
• Additionally, you also bring your professional expertise directly into nursing practice and work regularly in direct patient care.

What distinguishes you

• You are a registered nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) degree and have further training in Palliative Care (DAS, HFPP Palliative Care or MAS Palliative Care)
• Professional experience in the field of Palliative Care is desired and, advantageously, you bring knowledge and interest in the field of oncology
• Early Palliative Care is not a foreign term to you
• You are eager to actively help shape the specialized palliative care department and to forge new paths in Palliative Care and oncology
• Min. 26 days vacation
