In this role as a technician, you have the opportunity to decisively support the Home and Business customer service of the Zürich branch (branch office in Bäch SZ). Technician Home & Business 80 - 100 % (m/f/d) What you achieve You realize exciting projects and contribute your ideas. You install new burglary and video surveillance systems, commission them, and hand them over to our customers. You maintain existing systems and expand them to ensure maximum security. You advise and support our customers competently in all technical matters and ensure trust. You work closely with the project manager, service manager, and electricians - teamwork is a matter of course for you. After your induction phase, you will responsibly take on on-call duties. You inspire our customers with your commitment and ensure the highest satisfaction. You are deployed for our customers throughout Switzerland. What you bring With your basic technical training (e.g., electrical installer, automation technician, telematics technician, or similar), you bring the ideal foundation. Experience in security technology is a valuable plus. You have good knowledge of IT and network technology. You work independently, think proactively, and convince with a reliable way of working that our customers can rely on. You possess a category B driver's license.
