We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 135’500 to CHF 150’500 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with differing competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

What you can achieve.

• As Technical Product Manager for the Customer Identity & Access Management platform, you are responsible for defining and driving the vision, roadmap, and further development of our CIAM services.
• You ensure that customers can access our digital services securely, seamlessly, and efficiently by continuously improving the functions for authentication, authorization, registration, and the identity lifecycle.
• Together with the Product Owners in the business, you act as the central point of contact for business stakeholders, architects, security specialists, development teams, and external partners for all CIAM-related topics.
• You define and manage product requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and formulate epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• As Epic Owner, you steer CIAM-related initiatives from ideation and business analysis through implementation and testing to a successful rollout.
• You consistently align the CIAM solutions with company-wide security strategies and customer experience goals.
• You actively manage the product backlog, prioritize features according to business value and risk, and ensure transparency regarding roadmap progress and delivery commitments.
