Start of position: 1 February 2027, the position is fixed-term until 31 July 2027 with an option for extension Work location: Bern PHBern awards around 800 teaching diplomas per year and is therefore one of the large Pedagogical Universities in Switzerland. Equally significant is its commitment to continuing education and services for teachers and school leaders, as well as its profession-related research, development, and evaluation. The Institut Sekundarstufe I trains teachers for grades 7–9 or for the 3rd cycle according to Lehrplan 21. Teachers at the Sekundarstufe I level support adolescents in their development during a decisive phase of life and accompany them until they enter an apprenticeship or a further school.
