CNC Mechanics-Setters (2x8 or VSD schedule)

Responsibilities: • Setting and startup of machines • Loading of parts, performing milling operations (turning is a plus) on frames, bottoms, spectacles • Changing cutting tools and corrections • Visual and dimensional controls (manual control tools and Zeiss/Marcel Aubert machines) • Cleaning and lubrication of machines (1st level maintenance) Training/Experience: • CFC in production mechanics or equivalent training • 5 years of professional experience as a setter in an industrial production environment • Confirmed experience in 5-axis milling • Mastery of programming on Fanuc control and numerical control • Good knowledge of standard dimensional control tools Skills / Soft Skills: • Autonomous, flexible, conscientious • Excellent organization and priority management • Excellent team spirit • Teamwork • Stress resistance
