Department Manager Furniture (w/m/d)

Your new tasks

• Responsibility for one or more product groups
• Ensuring the assortment appearance at the POS with an inspiring product presentation
• Participation in assortment meetings and implementation of the corresponding concepts
• Customer consultation with own sales responsibility
• Proper processing of customer orders
• Responsibility for achieving your assigned KPIs
• Planning and leading a team

What you bring with you

• Leadership experience in managing a small team, as well as the motivation to start a career as a lateral entrant in the furnishing segment
• A pronounced passion for sales and the joy of asserting oneself in competition and achieving success together
• Experience in retail or sales as well as a good sense for the needs of customers
• Teamwork skills, openness and a pronounced customer orientation characterize you
• An existing qualification as a vocational trainer or the willingness to acquire it. Joy in accompanying and promoting apprentices as well as supporting their personal and professional development
