YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> • Overall responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing the warranty and re-work phase in the project • Ensuring high fleet availability through structured fault handling and measure control • Technical and lateral organization of employees at external locations • Controlling quality, deadlines, costs and resources within the warranty order • Setting up, organizing and operating warranty external locations according to contractual specifications • Interface management between customers, internal specialist departments, suppliers and external service providers • Ensuring material and spare parts availability including logistics coordination • Creating status reports, deployment reports and project reviews • Carrying out inspections and quality controls on refit and accident vehicles as well as revised bogies • Validating the technical solution for completeness (work instruction, material, effort ...) • Good contact with the customer and the corresponding external location managers from Stadler <br /> YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES <br /> • Completed technical degree (HF/FH) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology or technical basic training with corresponding further education and several years of project management experience • Several years of professional experience in project management, commissioning, after-sales, service engineering or warranty processing in an industrial environment or pronounced organizational and planning skills. • Railway experience is an advantage • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Entrepreneurial thinking with pronounced cost and results awareness • Communication strength and assertiveness in national and international project environments • Good eye and high technical understanding for defect detection at component and assembly level • High sense of responsibility and pronounced leadership competence • Willingness to travel for project deployments within Europe • Very good German and English language skills (at least level B2) <br /> OUR PROMISE TO YOU <br /> • A collegial working environment and collaboration in qualified and passionate teams • A scope for action and design that allows you to implement the expectations of your work • An appreciative culture for your achievements • You work for a leading company that shapes the future of global mobility every day <br /> YOUR BENEFITS At Stadler, you will receive a variety of benefits, such as • Financial contributions for ZVV or SBB subscription • Health promotion: contribution to fitness subscription and fruit baskets • Support for further training opportunities (financially or with part-time options) <br /> YOUR LOCATION The Competence Center for Service Services in Frauenfeld offers comprehensive revisions, repairs and modernizations.
