As a Service Team Member, On-call Assistant, you will be a valuable part of our 30-member Schifflände crew and work in a 15-member team, starting immediately or by arrangement.

The Hotel Restaurant Schifflände is located in a dreamily beautiful position directly on Hallwilersee. With its own apéro terrace and panoramic hall, it is a particularly popular wedding location and ideal for special moments with up to 100 people. Culinarially, it offers delicious fish specialties and combines Swiss classics with Mediterranean lightness. Five stylish rooms with lake views invite you to linger.

Your day with us:

• Coordination and management of reservations
• Care and advice for our guests
• Preparatory work (Mise en Place)
• Check outs as well as creation of guest invoices
• Compliance with work hygiene
• Telephone support until the arrival of the office team
• Carrying out general cleaning work

How you fit with us:

• Completion as Restaurationsfachmann/-frau EFZ, Restaurantangestellte/r EBA or corresponding experience
• Good German skills, other foreign languages are a plus
• A friendly and professional appearance, with a strong focus on customer orientation
• Passion for gastronomy
