Job description
For one of our partners, a human-scale EMS located in the Franches-Montagnes, we are looking for a nursing assistant to join a team committed to quality care, centered on the well-being, respect and continuity of care of the residents.
For occasional and one-off missions within several establishments in the canton of Jura, we are looking for caregivers to constitute a pool of temporary professionals available to meet the replacement needs of various partner establishments.
As part of this mission, you will actively participate in the daily support of residents, in a friendly, family-oriented environment attentive to the individual needs of each.
You will contribute to maintaining a reassuring and warm atmosphere, while providing constant support to the nursing teams in place.
Your main missions will consist of:

• Providing hygiene and comfort care to residents while respecting their dignity, autonomy and lifestyle habits.
• Accompanying residents in daily activities, notably during getting up, going to bed, moving, washing, settling in and meals.
• Observing the general state of the residents, identifying changes in behavior or health and transmitting relevant information to the nursing team and management.
• Participating in the monitoring of the physical and moral well-being of the people welcomed, by adopting a benevolent, patient and reassuring attitude.

Profile sought
For this position, you hold a nursing assistant diploma or a Croix-Rouge health auxiliary certification, attesting to your ability to intervene in a care setting with professionalism and rigor.
You ideally have experience in EMS, long-term care or a geriatric environment, and you know the requirements related to accompanying elderly people in an institution. You master the basic gestures related to hygiene, comfort and daily life assistance, and you know how to adapt your practice to the specific needs of each resident.
We are looking for a person capable of integrating quickly into a human-scale structure, with a true sense of responsibility and collaboration.
Your sense of listening, your discretion and your respect for the person are essential to the success of this mission.
