• You lead your team in the customer advisory basic segment with commitment and professional competence and support your employees in their successful development.
• You plan the efficient use of the available personnel resources and ensure optimal work organization.
• You ensure a personal and holistic needs analysis, lead by positive example, promote mutual exchange of experience within the team and use existing information specifically for cross-selling.
• You are responsible for the implementation of our marketing and sales plan and contribute dynamically to the planning and realization of market development measures.

What do you bring with you? ##

• You have completed banking training or a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in customer advisory as well as in leadership.
• You act independently, responsibly and make clear decisions.
• You appear sympathetic and convincing and act independently, responsibly and reliably.
• You enjoy working in a team, bring enthusiasm and have a motivating effect on your environment.
